Purposes of Information Use

2. To provide platform services, including order processing, payment settlement, marketing promotion, etc.
3. To communicate with merchants, including sending important notices, policy updates, service reminders, etc.
4. To improve platform services and optimize merchant experience.
5. To prevent fraudulent activities, ensure transaction security, and resolve disputes.
6. To comply with laws and regulations and respond to legal and regulatory requirements.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will not sell merchant information to third parties, but may share it in the following cases:

1. Providing necessary settlement information to payment institutions as required for service provision.
2. Providing necessary information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies to comply with laws and regulations.
3. Sharing necessary information with the Platform's affiliated companies to provide comprehensive services (affiliated companies will comply with the same privacy protection standards).
4. Other situations with the explicit consent of the merchant.
5. Disclosing relevant information as required by law in case of merger, acquisition or asset transfer.

Information Protection and Storage

1. We adopt encryption technology, access control, security audit and other measures to protect the security of merchants' information.
2. Merchant information is mainly stored on servers within the United States and will be transmitted within necessary scope according to service needs.
3. The information retention period will be determined according to legal and regulatory requirements and business needs. After the expiration, the information will be safely destroyed or anonymized.

Merchants' Rights

1. The right to access and review the information submitted by themselves.
2. The right to request correction of inaccurate information.
3. The right to request deletion of some information in compliance with laws, regulations and platform rules.
4. The right to restrict the scope of use of non-essential information (but may affect some service functions).
5. The right to obtain copies of their own information (subject to technical feasibility).

Policy Updates and Notifications

This policy may be updated from time to time. The updated policy will be published in the platform's merchant backend and notified to merchants through system messages. Merchants are advised to check the latest version regularly.
